La Jarochita directly translates to 'Little Woman from Veracruz, a major city in Mexico near the Gulf of Mexico. To us, La Jarochita means family, love, and delicious flavors. The name, La Jarochita orginiated from a family nickname that grew to represent everything that we strive to bring to Manchester, MD through our recipes and flavors.

La Jarochita is a small, family-run business composed of Antonio, Epifania, and Jasmin. Each team member has their speciality but together help create delicious dishes offered daily.
Antonio and Epifania have dedicated more than 20+ years to serving the community in Carroll County through various projects and businesses.
Through Restaurant La Jarochita, our family aims to continue to give back to our community, share Mexican traditions, and provide the best service we can!
